This artisan handcrafted dark rye Sourdough loaf is made from organic spray-free New Zealand flour. Fennel, caraway seeds, and coriander seeds are the star of this bread along with a long fermentation of around 20 hours. No commercial yeast is needed, it’s just leavened with our 3-stage (over 20 hours) rye sourdough.
