  • All our bread is only leavened with sourdough and you can taste the difference. During fermentation, lactic and acetic acids develop and our bread gets its characteristic tang.

    You'll also notice the taste of the grains and the flour much better, as their flavors will be emphasized by the fermentation. Sourdough bread will leave you feeling more satisfied (especially when using wholemeal), and you won't have that after-effect of bloating that many feel when eating bread.
